As most of you are aware now we have officially changed our name to Costa Rican Coastal Properties and are no longer affiliated with Hidden Coast Realty.  We are very excited about the new company and continue to look forward in working and sharing the Costa Rican experience with all of you.

Semana Santa (Easter Week) is over and the town has calmed down a little bit, but foreign tourists continue to be seen in the water surfing, driving around on quads, or walking enjoy the sights, sounds, and delights of our ever growing community.  We have also been given a nice introductory week of rainy season weather.  There is no way of knowing if this is just a little anomaly and the heat and dust will return for another month or if we can triumphantly declare, “winter has begun” (did I mention most of the locals are fans of the rainy season?).  At any rate our water tables will be grateful after a disappointing wet season last year if we see the shift happen a month early.  Keep your fingers crossed.

Remember that our new office is located at the new Playa Carmen Commercial Center right next to the pharmacy and we are open 7 days a week, Monday-Friday from 9-5 and Saturday from 10-2 and Sunday from 10-1.  There is also a full-time agent at the new Maramar Sales Center located at the project site 50-meters north of La Lora on the mountain side to answer any questions about this exciting and area pioneering high end residential community.
